The Conscious Kin Book Club is a guided, reflective space where we explore texts centered on conscious parenting, justice, and healing. Together, we engage in embodied reflection and meaningful dialogue.
Each gathering invites caregivers to connect their reading to their lived experience—making space for curiosity, compassion, and collective wisdom. This is a free space for connection and deepening awareness in supportive community.

Retreats are immersive experiences created for rejuvenation, restoration, and connection. In the midst of full lives and constant demands, these gatherings offer intentional time to slow down and reconnect—with yourself and with others.
Through connection circles, somatic practices, and shared reflection, retreats create space for meaningful transformation. You are invited to show up fully—as a caregiver, as a human, and as part of something larger.

Returning to Ourselves, Together is one-day retreat for parents, caregivers, and kin who want to tend to their nervous systems, their children, and the world our children are growing into–without shame or perfectionism. We gather to slow down, listen to our bodies, reflect on our histories, and practice parenting as an embodied, relational, and political act, held within community rather than carried alone. The retreat weaves together somatic practices, reflective inquiry, relational learning, and collective meaning-making.
Parenting and caregiving are happening in the midst of collective polycrisis, and most caregivers are being asked to manage this reality alone. We understand parenting as an embodied, relational, and political practice shaped by our nervous systems, our histories, and the systems we live within. Rather than offering prescriptive rules or striving for perfection, this retreat creates space for caregivers to slow down, tend to themselves, reflect honestly, and connect with community. We believe caregivers deserve care, not shame, and that supporting adult capacity is essential to raising children rooted in love, intergenerational healing, and collective care.
Workshops are interactive learning spaces designed to support you in deepening intention in your parenting practice. These sessions blend education, reflection, and somatic awareness to help caregivers better understand themselves and their children.
Grounded in nervous system care, attachment, and social context, each workshop offers practical tools alongside deeper self-reflection. You’ll leave with insights you can integrate immediately into your relationships and daily life.
